Your Right to Cancel

We use PayPal secure checkout. You do NOT need a PayPal account to use this checkout, if you wish to pay by credit / debit card please select PayPal as you checkout option. On the next page you will see an option "Don’t have a PayPal account?" Click on this link and you will be able to enter your card details. Your card details are 100% secure and are encrypted on PayPals server. We cannot see you card details.

We try our best to describe our products as accurate as possible, however we cannot assure that product descriptions or any content within this site are error-free. Weight of items is in kg’s before packing. Please keep in mind that the items may appear larger in pictures, as we have tried to show as much detail of the products as possible, please always check the size & weight in product descriptions. We are not liable for any misuse of items received .

The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in installments.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and E-Commerce Regulations 2002 you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the item. Should you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item in an e-mail, please be sure that your e-mail has reached us, if we do not answer within 2 working days, please phone or resend the e-mail. In your cancellation notification please state what the item is, cost of item, name & address so we can arrange the refund for you. We will only refund the cost of the items ordered and not postage & packing costs.

Please return the item within 14 days of receipt to the return address you’ll be given in response. This is the address of our storage facilities not our admin offices. You are responsible for the return costs. Please return the item using an insured form of postage at your own cost. The right to cancel does not apply to personalised goods or goods made to customer specifications.
