Returns

We aim to ship all products within 5 - 7 business days from our storage facilities. We import a lot of items and although most are in stock there may be the odd occasion when we have to obtain these for you and this can take up to 28 days.  If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by email. We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered if delay due to outside forces.

We will do our best to correct errors as quickly as possible after being notified of them. In the event of an item going missing we will process a claim for missing goods via the post office and seek the compensation and will send out another as soon as possible.
 

Royal Mail First Class Post sends all UK orders. Postage prices are based on Royal Mail weight/price tables plus a handling & packaging fee of £1.50. All overseas items are sent via airsure and are tracked. All items have been given actual weights in kg’s, actual weight of item not including the packaging. All weights are added up in the checkout and the relevant charge is made automatically.

 The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments.
Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Blue Moon is not liable for any local taxes/duties that may be liable on international orders.

All overseas orders are sent international signed for or Airsure, depending on location.

Returns Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and E-Commerce Regulations 2002. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact within 7 days. Missing or faulty items must be claimed within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns must be received within 14 days from our acceptance of your claims. To the return address you’ll be given in response. This is the address of our storage facilities not our admin offices. If you would like to return your item we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return. We must receive all returns within 14 days in unused condition from our acceptance of your claims. Please note that all returns are subject to our terms and conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights. Goods must be returned back to us in an unopened, re-saleable condition and you will receive a full refund minus any shipping and handling charges.
